At Truss Look, we take your data seriously. Here's what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

Your camera and your photos

• The live color try-on runs entirely on your phone. Those images are never uploaded to our servers.
• Only when you tap “Transform with AI” is that photo sent to our server and to our AI provider (Google, on its paid plan, which does not use your photos to train its models).
• Photos are stored privately and deleted automatically after 30 days.

Information you give us when you sign up

• Your name, email, WhatsApp number, zip code and date of birth.
• Your hair type and condition, the look you want, and when you plan to make the change or buy products.

Who we share it with

• Only with your explicit consent, with salons and distributors in your area so they can contact you.
• With service providers that help us run the app (hosting, database, email), under contract.
• We never sell your data.

Messages

We only send you promotional emails or WhatsApp/SMS messages if you checked that box. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or using the link in the email.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your account and all your data from the app (“Delete my account and my data”) or by writing to hola@halcar.co. This service is only for people 18 and older.
